There is a page on Facebook for Stampin' Up! demonstrators where we can share things we make using Stampin' Up! products. On this page I saw this video to make a really fun pop up box card using the Window Box Thinlits. You can click on the pictures to get a larger view.
This isn't my design it was made by a demonstrator from the UK Mitosu Crafts. Click HERE to go to their website where you can get the tutorial.
It took me a couple of tries to make it. The tutorial doesn't give all of the exact measurements you need in order to make it all come together so I had to figure some of that out. In the process I also brought all the images into my Cameo so that I can duplicate the project again in the future without having to remember everything.
One thing the tutorial didn't address was just exactly how wide and long to make the slit on the top section that the pop up goes through. Another thing that I had to figure out by trial and error was that you need a score line across the center of the bottom because it will need to fold there.
Overall it was a good tutorial and a big help in figuring out how to make this cute card. But you haven't seen everything until you look at the video I made so please take a look and then give it a try.
